They govern access to the platform, acceptable use, licensing for competitive analysis tools and predictive dashboards, ownership of outputs, and the practical limits of our responsibility. Simple enough to read twice, clear enough to rely on.
By signing up, logging in, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. Why spell that out so plainly? Because a clean start prevents messy disputes later.
Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the AI market intelligence platform for internal business decision-making. That includes competitive analysis, forecasting dashboards, and strategic recommendation reports, subject to your plan and seat count.
Choose user-based access for smaller teams, or broad deployment for larger organisations that need shared visibility.

API access is available where contracted and remains subject to fair use, rate limits, and service safeguards.
The platform, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, and code remain the property of Foresight AI Research LLC. Your reports, exports, and the business decisions you make from them remain yours. That split matters, doesn’t it?
Our service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard for reliability, but no platform is immune to maintenance windows, outages, or the odd network issue. Would you want us to pretend otherwise?
Our market intelligence supports judgement; it doesn’t replace it. You remain responsible for business, financial, operational, and legal decisions made using our outputs, including any deployment of recommendations inside your own organisation.
Access may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control. Premium plans may include an SLA, but service guarantees still have defined boundaries.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the platform in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may revise these terms from time to time, usually with 30 days’ notice for material changes. If you keep using the platform, that continued use forms part of the agreement. Fair? We think so.
